Last week in Parliament, John Pesutto spoke about the terrific luncheon OSFC held on 22 April in commemoration of ANZAC day. Here is a copy of his remarks (noting that he only has 90 seconds for these statements!)

Seniors Old Scotch FC 12.18-90 Mazenod OCFC 7.3-45 Goal Kickers: H. Larwill 3, A. Franetic 3, J. Clarke 2, J. Sansom 2, J. Bull, J. Aujard Best Players: J. Sansom, J. Bull, J. Aujard, M. Seed, W. Carrington, C. McDonough In a hard fought game that did not reach any great heights aesthetically, Old Scotch grinded down a spirited Mazenod. Mazenod had the better of the first quarter with two straight goals to the Cards inaccurate 1.5, but the Cards kept fighting away, as we slowly choked the opposition with a relentless display of pressure football. By half time the Cards had taken a 15 point lead, 5.10 to 4 ...
