Lance Picioane, the founder of the Love Me Love You Foundation, will be speaking to our Under-19 & 23 players about Mental Health Issues effecting sports people on 20 August at the Old Scotch Football Club social rooms from 7:00pm.
Picioane has already conducted presentations at our club this year, for our Senior Men and Women’s teams and students from our affiliate school, Methodist Ladies College. These presentations form part of our ongoing player wellbeing program.
Picioane is a former Australian Football League player who played a total 77 games with Adelaide, Hawthorn & North Melbourne and kicked a total of 29 goals. The Love Me Love You Foundation, is supported by their community partner, Marshall White. A big thank-you to Paul Gregor, our Player Wellbeing Co-ordinator, for arranging the presentations on behalf of the club.
