The Club’s 100th AGM was held on Wednesday 9 December at the Auburn Hotel. The club announced a modest $22,500 surplus for year, which was a terrific result in testing times. I am honoured to lead the club as it approaches its historic centenary milestone. After many sterling years of committee service we thanked and farewelled Steve Bull, and welcomed Kate Tass. Kate will take on the important membership portfolio in 2021.

Scott Montgomery Awarded OSFC Life Membership
At the recent AGM it was a great honour to award my class mate and close mate – Scott Montgomery – with life membership of the club he loves so much.
In 1986, Scott Montgomery joined the Old Scotch Collegians Football Club from Scotch College as a Juniors player and played 27 Juniors games, 12 Reserves games and 109 Club XVIII games for a total of 148 games for the club covering thirteen seasons from 1986 – 1989, 1991 – 1996 & 1998 – 2000. In 1995, he captained our Club XVIII team to only its second Club XVIII premiership and captained the team again in 1996. After he retired from playing, Scott served on the general committee for eight years from 2007 – 2012 & 2016 – 2017. Currently, Scott is the Executive Director of the Old Scotch Collegians’ Association.
