Examples:
- Arranging extra skills training sessions in pre-season
- Sharing of ideas in novel ways for undertaking drills
TEAMWORK
- Players play, coaches coach, administrators administer
- All groups support and understand the role each group plays
- Respect each other by providing assistance wherever possible
- If you see something you like, reward it; if you see something you don’t like, appropriately challenge it
Examples:
- Listening to the ideas of your peers to be an effective team member
- Using a persons name, making eye contact and active listening will make others feel appreciated
- Integration of all sides for major social functions
